Partnership with Hillel Deutschland e.V.
Joining Forces for the Hillel Leadership Incubator
A vibrant democracy depends on young people who are ready to take responsibility and actively shape society. That’s why we’re excited to announce our new partnership between the Hans and Berthold Finkelstein Foundation and Hillel Deutschland e.V.
Together with the Alfred Landecker Foundation, we support the Hillel Leadership Incubator – a program that empowers young Jewish adults in Germany to raise their voices, step into leadership, and shape Jewish life with confidence and creativity.
Through workshops, trainings, and mentorship opportunities, participants develop their own initiatives, build leadership skills, and promote a culture of pluralism and shared responsibility. The Incubator is part of Hillel Deutschland’s broader Leadership and Social Action Program.
With this partnership, we aim to support young people who see remembrance as a call to action – and who are committed to building a future grounded in openness, empathy, and democracy.
About Hillel Deutschland e.V.
Hillel Deutschland – Jüdische Bildungsinitiative in Deutschland e.V. is a nonprofit organization that brings together Jewish adults aged 18 to 35. This growing network of students and young professionals creates spaces for Jewish life, learning, and community.
With active hubs in several cities, Hillel offers programs in Jewish education, culture, spirituality, and social engagement – open, pluralistic, and self-directed. Its mission is to empower young Jews to shape their identities on their own terms and to engage creatively with both Jewish and wider society.
